Shipping Policy

We work with reliable suppliers, warehouses and carriers to deliver your orders safely and with tracking. Products may ship from Italy, another European country or international warehouses: in every case the seller remains Smart Solutions Srls and we are always your point of contact.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. An order with several products may arrive in separate parcels, at no extra cost.

Some products ship for free: when this applies it is shown on the product page and at checkout. The final shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before payment.

*Delivery times are in addition to order processing time (1–3 business days) and are non-binding estimates. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery always takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also follow your shipment on our Track your order page.

Delays, damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the stated times, arrives damaged, or tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, email support@pianetashopping.com: we will check with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we will reship the product or refund you in full.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately: we can change it until the order has shipped.
