Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website PianetaShopping.com and the purchase of products through it. By placing an order you accept these Terms. The Italian version of these Terms is also available by switching the site language to Italiano; in case of discrepancy, mandatory consumer protection rules always prevail.

All products on PianetaShopping.com are sold directly by Smart Solutions Srls. PianetaShopping is not a marketplace and does not host third-party sellers. We may use third-party suppliers, warehouses and carriers to fulfil orders; this does not change the identity of the seller.

2. Products and information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photos, specifications and prices are accurate. Slight differences (e.g. colour rendering on screen or packaging updates) may occur and do not affect your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the contract.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown on our Shipping policy and at checkout before you pay. In case of an obvious pricing error we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Orders and contract

An order is a purchase offer. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. If a product is no longer available after you order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid without delay.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through the methods shown at checkout. We never store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing takes 1–3 business days; estimated delivery times and rates by destination are listed in our Shipping policy. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract. Orders may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Full details, exclusions and return costs are set out in our Refund policy.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Any manufacturer warranty is additional and does not limit these rights.

9. Customer account

You may purchase with or without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

10. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, graphics, logo) belongs to Smart Solutions Srls or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Product brands belong to their respective owners.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where this is not permitted by law, including towards consumers. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.

13. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at support@pianetashopping.com. EU consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided by law. The courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction where required by law.
